Communication and harmonious relationship with stakeholders, especially the community around the company’s operations, is one of the keys to Danareksa’s business sustainability. To realize this, the real policies carried out by the Company include organizing various TJSL programs. TJSL programs are implemented as a form of mitigation of negative impacts caused by the Company’s operational activities, as well as increasing positive impacts on people’s lives that can provide value for the sustainability of the Company’s business. <\/span><\/p>

For Danareksa, the implementation of the TJSL program is part of the implementation of good corporate governance and plays a role in realizing the goals of sustainable development on 4 main pillars, namely social, economic, environmental and legal and governance aspects. The implementation of TJSL refers to the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number PER-1\/MBU\/03\/2023 concerning Special Assignments and Social and Environmental Responsibility Programs of State-Owned Enterprises. Based on this regulation, the implementation of CSR in SOEs includes the implementation of the Micro and Small Business Funding Program (PUMK) and the provision of assistance and\/or other activities, including coaching. The new regulation, which was issued and came into effect on 24 March 2023, replaces Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number PER-6\/MBU\/09\/2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number PER-05\/MBU\/04\/2021 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility Programs of State-Owned Enterprises. <\/span><\/p>

Danareksa supports and adopts the spirit of<\/em> sustainable finance (<\/span>sustainable operation<\/span><\/i>TJSL is carried out by taking into account social, economic, environmental, social and legal and governance aspects through the implementation of TJSL programs that are in line with the shareholders’ priority programs and the direction of the company’s business. The TJSL program is implemented with the concept of <\/span>Created Share Value<\/span><\/i> (CSV) by calculating the impact of the program carried out with the SROI (Social Return on Investment) impact measurement method.<\/span>Social Return on Investment<\/span><\/i>) <\/span> so that the impact of program implementation is more measurable and aligned with the company’s business direction. Danareksa’s TJSL program is carried out independently as a separate entity or in collaboration with members of the Danareksa SOE Holding or other SOEs. <\/span><\/p>

Since 2024 Danareksa with the concept of collaboration with Holding members conducts joint programs in the three main priorities of shareholders, namely through the SEMAR Collaboration program (<\/span>Sustainable Environmental Movement for Action and Responsibility<\/span><\/i>), namely SEMAR Education, SEMAR Economy and SEMAR Environment.<\/span><\/p>
