Duties & Responsibilities of the Implementing PPID<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Organizing public information services in accordance with the provisions of the holding information service guidelines;<\/span><\/li>
  2. Propose the structure of the Implementing PPID device to the Board of Directors in the subsidiary;<\/span><\/li>
  3. Develop technical procedures or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for public information services according to holding standards;<\/span><\/li>
  4. Develop and implement information service programs based on agreed holding policy directions;<\/span><\/li>
  5. Representing subsidiaries in the settlement of Information Disputes at the Information Commission and\/or court;<\/span><\/li>
  6. Conducting guidance, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of public information policies carried out by the PPID Executor in subsidiaries; <\/span><\/li>
  7. Verifying public information documents <\/span><\/li>
  8. Determining public information that can be accessed by the public or is suitable for publication based on the holding policy and applicable statutory provisions;<\/span><\/li>
  9. Compile, manage and update the Public Information List;<\/span><\/li>
  10. Test the consequences of exempt information by referring to the standardized holding;<\/span><\/li>
  11. Provide public information accurately, quickly, and easily accessible to the public;<\/span><\/li>
  12. Develop information systems that are in line with the latest developments.<\/span><\/li>
  13. Prepare a monthly report on the results of information service delivery to be submitted to the Main PPID and the highest leadership in the subsidiary.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. Establish the structure of the PPID Implementation tool;<\/span><\/li>
    2. Establish technical procedures for organizing public information services in subsidiaries;<\/span><\/li>
    3. Coordinate PPID Implementers and supporters in the process of organizing public information services;<\/span><\/li>
    4. Provide responses to objections filed by applicants for public information;<\/span><\/li>
    5. Establish strategies and methods of guidance, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of public information policies within subsidiaries;<\/span><\/li>
    6. Appoint a power of attorney deemed competent to represent the company in the process of resolving information disputes at the Information Commission and \/ or in Court.<\/span><\/li>
    7. Determining and deciding whether or not information is publicly accessible based on a test of consequences in accordance with the holding’s information service guidelines;<\/span><\/li>
    8. Reject requests for public information by submitting written considerations.<\/span><\/li>
    9. Coordinate the process of inventorying the List of Public Information and classification of Exempt Information along with preliminary considerations from all divisions;<\/span><\/li>
    10. Carry out work meetings or other forms of coordination with relevant divisions in the company to support the smooth running of public information services.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
