PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (PT JIEP) is the first industrial estate developer and manager in Indonesia which was established on June 26, 1973. This industrial estate has an area of 433 hectares and is strategically located in Pulogadung, East Jakarta, with adequate transportation and distribution access to all areas of DKI Jakarta, making it a vital center of industrial activity in the capital city.
As the first industrial estate developed by the government, PT JIEP has its own advantages, namely “The First Industrial Estate in Indonesia Developed by the Government”which became an important milestone in the history of national industrial estate development.
As part of the Danareksa BUMN Holding, PT JIEP’s share ownership is owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through PT Danareksa (Persero) by 46.94% and owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta by 53.06%.
