Ngurah Wirawan was appointed as President Director based on Shareholders’ Decree No. 284 of 2026 and No. SK.091/DI-DAM/DO/2026 regarding the Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa, dated May 25, 2026.
Before joining Danareksa, he served as President Director of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang from 2022 to 2026. He also served as President Director of PT Kawasan Industri Medan from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as Director of Construction & Operations at PT ITDC from 2015 to 2021.
He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Padjajaran University in 1989.

Chris Soemijantoro
Chris Soemijantoro was appointed as Investment Director 1 of PT Danareksa (Persero) in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-183/MBU/06/06/2021 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated June 3, 2021.
Before joining Danareksa, he served as Director at Bank of America N.A. from 2019 to 2021, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Singapore from 2012 to 2019, Director at Macquarie Bank in Singapore from 2010 to 2012, Director at Barclays Capital in Singapore from 2004 to 2006, and Director at PT NC Securities from 1998 to 2003.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Flagler College Florida, USA in 1991. He then completed his Masters in Financial Management at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia in 2003.

Ardian Cholid serves as Director of Operations of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on Shareholders’ Decree No. 284 of 2026 and No. Sk.091/DI-DAM/DO/2026 concerning the Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated May 25, 2026.
Prior to joining Danareksa, Ardian served as President Director of PT Sinergi Solusi Utama since 2024. He previously served as President Director of PT Pos Logistik Indonesia from 2022 to 2024.
He completed his Master’s degree from the University of Indonesia in 1996.

Ahmad Fauzie Nur
Ahmad Fauzie Nur serves as Director of Finance and Risk Management based on Shareholders’ Decree No. 284 of 2026 and No. Sk.091/DI-DAM/DO/2026 concerning the Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa, dated May 25, 2026.
Prior to joining Danareksa, Fauzie served as President Director of PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma from 2021 to 2026. He also served as Director of Operations of PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma from 2018 to 2021.
He completed his Bachelor of Economics degree in 2004 from the University of Indonesia and earned a Master of Business (Accounting) from the Australian National University Canberra in 2008.
Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa
Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa
Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa serves as HR & Legal Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency and President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management Number 46 of 2025 and SK.084/DI-DAM/DO/2025.
Prior to joining Danareksa, Seto was the Director of Human Resources at PT Timah Tbk from May 2025. Previously, Seto served as the Regent of Sinjai Regency for the 2018-2023 period.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University in 2006 and completed his Master of Laws degree from Monash University in 2009.
