PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara

PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) is an industrial estate that was established in 1986 and is located in a strategic area within the Indonesian customs area. KBN manages an industrial area of 42,600 hectares. This area is designed as one of the supporting infrastructure for national economic development, especially in the export-oriented processing industry sector.

This industrial estate has bonded area status (Export Processing Zone) and non-bonded, which provides added value for businesses. As a bonded area, KBN offers various incentives from the government, including exemption from import duties and other state levies.

KBN’s advantage lies in the focus of the development of the Bonded Zone (Export Processing Zone) and Integrated Logistics supported by port facilities. This makes KBN a strategic investment destination for local and global industry players.

As part of the Danareksa SOE Holding, PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara’s share ownership is divided between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through one share of Series A Dwiwarna, PT Danareksa (Persero) with 73.15%, and the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta with 26.85%.
