PT Kawasan Industri Makassar

PT Kawasan Industri Makassar (KIMA) was established on March 31, 1988 and is strategically located in Makassar and Maros, South Sulawesi. This industrial estate manages 340 hectares of land. KIMA is present to provide infrastructure and facilities, while carrying out the construction, exploitation, and development of industrial estates that support regional and national economic growth.

KIMA’s strength lies in its strategic location in Makassar and Maros, which enables it to capitalize on the growing demand in Eastern Indonesia, particularly in the fisheries, agribusiness and logistics sectors. With this focus, KIMA acts as a driving force for a highly competitive industry in eastern Indonesia.

As part of the Danareksa SOE Holding, PT Kawasan Industri Makassar’s share ownership is divided between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through one share of Series A Dwiwarna, PT Danareksa (Persero) by 59.99%, South Sulawesi Provincial Government by 30%, and Makassar City Government by 10%.
