The company was established on October 7, 1988 and is strategically located on the main cross-provincial route with easy transportation access. As part of the Danareksa SOE Holding, PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma’s share ownership consists of one share of Series A Dwiwarna owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Danareksa (Persero) 85.86%, Central Java Provincial Government 11.67%, and Cilacap Regency Government 2.46%.
