PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) was established on February 28, 1974 and is strategically located in East Java. SIER manages an industrial estate totaling 932 hectares, consisting of 332 hectares on the Surabaya-Sidoarjo border and 563 hectares in Pasuruan Regency.
For almost five decades, SIER has been committed to improving the quality of planned industrial estate management, supported by the best infrastructure and professional services. SIER’s strength lies in its advanced management capabilities in developing new industrial estates, particularly in the Pasuruan and Ngawi regions.
As part of the Danareksa SOE Holding, PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut’s share ownership consists of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through PT Danareksa (Persero) 50%, the East Java Provincial Government 25%, and the Surabaya City Government 25%.
