A. Helmy Faishal Zaini
A. Helmy Faishal Zaini was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Head of State-Owned Enterprises and President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management Number 44 of 2025 and SK.083/DI-DAM/DO/2025.
Prior to joining Danareksa, he was a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) from the National Awakening Party for the period 2019-2024. He also served as Minister of State for Underdeveloped Regions from 2009-2014.
Helmy earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Darul ‘Ulum University in Jombang in 1999. Then he continued his Postgraduate education in Political Science at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia in 2010.

Abdullah Aufa Fuad was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Head of State-Owned Enterprises and President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management Number 44 of 2025 and SK.083/DI-DAM/DO/2025.
Prior to joining Danareksa, he was a Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk from November 2023-August 2025. He was also the Founder & Director of Speakthrough Digital from January 2019-December 2021.
Abdullah earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Universitas Airlangga in 2024.

Muhammad Haris Perdana was appointed as Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Head of State-Owned Enterprises and President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management Number 44 of 2025 and SK.083/DI-DAM/DO/2025.
Haris is the Deputy Private Secretary to the Vice President from 2024. Previously, Haris was the Assistant Private Secretary to the President from 2015-2024.
He has completed his Bachelor of Constitutional Law and Master of Management.

Didid Noordiatmoko
Didid Noordiatmoko was appointed as Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number: SK – 368/MBU/12/2023. Previously, he was trusted to carry out the mandate as Commissioner of PT Danareksa Finance (May 2023 – December 2023), Commissioner of PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (April 2023 – August 11, 2023), Inspector General of the Ministry of Trade (August 2020 – February 2023).
He studied Diploma IV at the State College of Accounting (STAN) in then he continued his Master of Management degree at Trisakti University in 2003 and earned a Doctor of Public Administration degree from Brawijaya University in 2023.

Darmizal M.S. was appointed as Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Head of State-Owned Enterprises and President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management Number 44 of 2025 and SK.083/DI-DAM/DO/2025.
Darmizal is the President Commissioner of PT Indonesia Cendekia Mandiri (ICMI) Travel and Executive Director of PT Rama Investama Sejahtera from 2022 until now.
Darmizal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Eka Sakti University Padang and has completed his Master’s degree in Law from Gadjah Mada University and IBLAM Master of Business Law, Jakarta.
