Yadi Jaya Ruchandi
Yadi Jaya Ruchandi serves as President Director based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Danareksa Number: SK-31/MBU/02/2023 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Danareksa dated February 16, 2023.
Prior to joining Danareksa, he served as President Director of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset for the period 2020-2023. He was also Senior Executive Vice President of Bank Exim for 2019-2020, Chief Financial Officer of PT Tuban Petrochemicals Industries for 2016-2019, and Chief Operating Officer of PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) for 2010-2016.
He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 1995 and a Master of International Management (MBA) from Thunderbird-The American Graduate School of International Management, Arizona, USA with a focus on International Finance and International Operations in 1997. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.

Chris Soemijantoro was appointed as Investment Director 1 of PT Danareksa (Persero) in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-183/MBU/06/06/2021 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated June 3, 2021.
Sebelum bergabung dengan Danareksa, beliau adalah Direktur Bank of America N.A tahun 2019-2021, Executive Director di Goldman Sachs Singapura tahun 2012-2019, Direktur Macquarie Bank di Singapura tahun 2010-2012 , Direktur Barclays Capital di Singapura tahun 2004-2006, dan Direktur PT NC Securities tahun 1998-2003.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Flagler College Florida, USA in 1991. He then completed his Masters in Financial Management at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia in 2003.

Rizwan Rizal Abidin
Rizwan Rizal Abidin served as Investment Director 2 of PT Danareksa (Persero) in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK – 369/MBU/12/2023 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated December 15, 2023.
Prior to joining Danareksa, Rizwan was the Director of Investment 1 and Restructuring and Revitalization of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset for the period 2020-2023. Rizwan has also served as Managing Director of IndoSterling Capital for the 2019-2020 period, Chief Investment Officer of NWP Retail Warbug Pincus for the 2017-2019 period as well as Director/Head of Merger & Acquisition and various field leadership positions. investment banking and corporate finance at CIMB from 2004-2017.
He received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University in 1996 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Artificial Intelligence from Southern New Hampshire University Graduate School USA in 1999. He is also an alumnus of the Indonesian National Defense Institute (LEMHANAS RI) in 2020.

Adi Pamungkas Daskian appointed as Investment Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) 3 in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK – 369/MBU/12/2023 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Danareksa (Persero) dated December 15, 2023.
Previously, he served as Investment Director at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) for 2020-2023, Corporate Deputy Director of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in 2020, Independent Financial Advisor in Singapore and Indonesia in 2015-2020, and Director of PT Meranti Putra Indonesia for 2009-2015.
He completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Nanyang Technological University in 2003, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in 2008. He also completed the Executive Joint Program, Kellog School of Management from Northwestern University in 2008.

Avianto Istihardjo serves as Director of Risk Management of PT Danareksa (Persero) in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK – 369/MBU/12/2023 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated December 15, 2023..
Before joining Danareksa, Avianto served as Director of Finance & Risk Management at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset in 2023. He also previously held the position of Director of Risk at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2018 to 2022, Executive Director for the Corporate Credit Group at DBS Bank, Ltd Singapore from 2017 to 2018, and Head of Credit Risk Management for Institutional Banking Group 1 & 2 as well as Acting Head of Special Assets Management at PT Bank DBS Indonesia from 2014 to 2017.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 1995 and completed his Master’s degree in Risk Management from the University of Indonesia in 2006. Currently, he is also pursuing a Doctoral program in Strategic Management at the University of Indonesia.
R. MUHAMMAD IRWAN
R. Muhammad Irwan
Muhammad Irwan was appointed as HR & Legal Director in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK – 323/MBU/10/2020 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated October 9, 2020.
Before joining PT Danareksa (Persero), Irwan served as Director of Finance & Corporate Support as well as Director of Legal and Human Resources at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset from 2019 to 2020. He also previously held several positions, including Managing Director of Operations, Finance & Accounting, IT, and HR at PT Danareksa Sekuritas in 2018–2019; Head of Institutional Coverage and Advisory at PT Danareksa (Persero) in 2018–2019; Director of Corporate Support, Risk Management, and Operations at PT CIMB Securities Indonesia from 2014 to 2017; and Managing Director of Corporate Services & HR at PT Maybank Kim Eng Securities from 2013 to 2014.
He completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta in 1994. Then he continued his Master of Laws education at the University of Indonesia in 2002, as well as his Master of Management education at Prasetiya Mulya University in 2017.
